Terms of service

These terms apply when you access or use BrokerAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BrokerAI.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service for a lawful professional purpose.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your email and devices, and all activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may use BrokerAI to organize legitimate brokerage work. You must not use it to break the law, violate another person's rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload malicious content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis or other required authorization to collect, import, store and contact every lead or other person whose information you place in BrokerAI.

Optional integrations act only after you choose to connect or use them. For Google Sheets, you authorize a read-only, one-time import from the spreadsheet URL you provide. For Google Calendar and Meet, you authorize BrokerAI to create a 30-minute calendar event and meeting link when you request that action.

Your use of Google and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms. Availability may change if a provider changes its service, if your authorization expires, or if you revoke access.

BrokerAI may use AI to help map imported columns, extract contact details, transcribe audio or structure a case. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review suggestions before relying on them and remain responsible for your records, decisions and communications.

You retain your rights in the information and files you provide. You give BrokerAI permission to host, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to operate the service and the features you request.

BrokerAI, its interface, code, branding and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of BrokerAI to you.

We work to keep BrokerAI available and useful, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, interrupted or unavailable, including because of third-party services or maintenance. BrokerAI is a workflow tool, not legal, financial or professional advice, and it does not guarantee a lead, transaction or business outcome.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, BrokerAI's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or loss caused by information you enter, AI suggestions, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or your communications with contacts. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using BrokerAI at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to unlawful or abusive use, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date shown above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
